Useful information:  we offer you some essential hints and tips. Follow these pieces of information and enjoy a secure and hassle-free stay.

1. Flights are not included in the price ( on request we can help to arrange your flights ) any discounts will be past on to our guests.
2. This holiday is self catering, but the maid service includes,washing,ironing,cleaning etc, all included in the price. 
3. Don't tip too much. Too much tipping is more often unappreciated.
4. Sun cream will be required owing to the hot and dry conditions.
5. Always carry the address of the villa with you in case you get lost, or asked where you are staying.
6. Carry a phrase book with you as English language in Northern Thailand is often rare.
7. A rental vehicle can be provided for the guests staying in the villa,and cost just £20.00 per day.
8. Always carry your passport with you, as well as your driving license when driving.
9. You can drive with your UK driving license in Thailand,
10. This vehicle comes with fully comprehensive insurance.
11. You will need to deposit £500 against any damage to the vehicle. 
12. The deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your holiday.
