Ubon Ratchathani lies at a distance of 44 kilometers from the villa,about 35 minutes drive from Sisaket,it is the second largest city in Thailand,and has as much to offer as Bangkok in the way of night life, shopping,restaurants, bars,clubs,golf,fishing,beauty treatments, and more.

Our villa gives you close access to the lovely attractions of Prasat Wat Sa Kamphaeng Yai, Wat Maha Phuttharam, Sisaket Zoo, Prasat Ta Leng, Wat Phra That Rueang Rong, Somdet Phra Si Nakharin Park and Prasat Prang Ku.

The Khao Phra Vihan National Park is an impressive attraction near our villa. This mountainous terrain has verdant forests and has opportunities for education and recreation. Huay Ta Waterfall, Khan Sri Cavevand Waterfall, Spa (pool) Traw or Sra Graw and Sai Yoi waterfall are some of the major attractions here.

Moon river valley 
Sisaket is a quiet province in the Moon river valley. The river is a tributary of the Mekong River, which is the most famous river in Southeast Asia,our villa is just two minutes drive away from the Moon river,which winds its way through our valley.



Mae Khong RiverMae Khong River
The Mekong or the Mae Khong River meanders along the Thai-Laos border carrying with it the legends of the past! The Thai people refer to it as 'Mother Khong'. Mae Khong meets the Ruak River up north, as distance blurs with Laos, China and Burma.





 Surin
Our villa also gives you close access to Surin, which is 45 minutes from Sisaket. This beautiful town is a center of the Suay, Khmer and Lao cultures. Exquisite silver jewelries, fine silk cloth and fondness for elephants are what characterize this town. You can visit Surin (Elephant town) in November, during the Elephant festival. You can also access Prasat Hin Phanom Rung, which is less than a 2 hour drive away. Characterizing the magnificence of the Angkor temple, Prasat Hin Phanom Rung attracts tourists and travelers in droves.

Surin is best known for Khmer temples and elephants. The Thai Elephant Day is celebrated with much pomp and show here. The legend of Thai elephants is displayed through a light and sound show on the second week of November. City Pillar Shrine of Surin, Wat Burapharam, Surin National Museum, Phanom Sawai Forest Park, Ban Buthom Basketry Village, Village of Chansoma Golden Brocade, Ban Tha Sawang, Ta Muean Tot Khmer Ruins and Ta Muean Thom Khmer Ruins are some of the brilliant tourist attractions in Surin.



Phu LuangPhu Luang
The Phu Luang, located in the northeastern province of Loei is a nature lover's paradise. A riot of colors will catch your sight with wild flowers and orchids blooming all around. Paphiopedilum sukhakulii, a rare species is found here. The Phu Kradung National Park is home to the highest peaks in Loei. One of the most renowned national parks in the country, Phu Kradung is home to cascading waterfalls and a diverse wildlife featuring jackals, elephants, deer, gibbons, bears and a small population of tigers.

You can reach the nearby airport of Ubon Ratchathani, which is just 70 kilometers away from Sisaket city centre.( 50 minutes drive )Where you can get cheap flights from Ubon Ratchathani international airport and visit the northern part of Thailand to get a glimpse of the tastes, habits and overall lifestyle of these tribes. You can also visit the Wat Phra Kaew, temple of the Emerald Buddha in Chiang Rai, if time permits. Apart from Wat Phra Kaew temple, you can visit the other Wats of Wat Phra Singh, Wat Gamy Muang and Wat Doi Tong amongst others. You can also catch breathtaking views of the Mae Kok River in Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai.

On the other hand take a flight from Ubon Ratchathani airport to Suvarnabhumi airport in Bangkok.And From Bangkok, you can fly to the beautyfull Island of Ko Samui in South Thailand,total flying time is under 2 hours. From Sisaket to anywhere in Thailand is within 2 hours flying time and costs around £40 per flight. 



Ko SamuiKo Samui
Ko Samui has an avenue of shops dotting the narrow lanes. If you are a shopaholic, you must visit this beautiful destination in Thailand. A laid-back existence is a fact of life in Ko Samui. With a variety of beautyfull beaches, you can indulge in a splendid experience of surfing and diving. Those inclined towards art and culture, can visit a variety of painting shops here.



Chiang MaiChiang Mai
You can also visit Chiang Mai, one of the important destinations of Thailand. Board a flight from Bangkok and reach Chiang Mai in no time. Chiang Mai is located at a distance of 700 kilometers Bangkok. With mountains on all sides, this city has an old world charm. The local tribes of Thailand dwell in the hills of Chiang Mai. Akha, Karen, Lahu and Yao are some of the popular tribes dwelling here. Catch a glimpse of the old city walls, a lively market at the Chiang Mai market, the prayer hall at Wat Phan Tao and the ruins of the Wiang Kum Kam, an old city of the 13th century. An elephant camp in the hills about a half hour's drive north of the city center. It has an elephant show, which includes elephants playing football and painting.



Bangkok
Bangkok Just fly down to Bangkok from Sisaket in just 45 minutes. There is no dearth of things to see and do in Bangkok. Bangkok has a maze of klongs or back canals. As you cruise along the narrow canals, you get to peep into the lives of the numerous villagers. Wooden houses ornamented with flowers and people engaged in fishing. Don't miss a visit to Bangkok's Chinatown, which is abuzz with numerous restaurants, tea stalls, gold shops and business spots.
